When you use our enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, phone number and message. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, and where relevant to assess a referral or discuss a property. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a secure form processing service (Web3Forms). We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to, or you have agreed to it as part of a referral.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless it becomes part of a resident or referral record, which we keep in line with our records policy.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@boxfreshliving.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
